Our story began with a small elephant-shaped chocolate; and it grew through moments of wonder: experiencing cocoa getting transformed into simple yet beautiful pieces of Belgian chocolate that awakened some deep sensory emotions within, and eventually, learning the craft of patisserie with intention and discipline.
