How long does your chocolate last?
All our chocolates have a best before date displayed on our packaging alongside your chocolates, for the best taste experience I recommend eating them soon after your purchase date.
How to best store them?
You should ideally store chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, below 20°C ideally to maintain their shelf life. Chocolate shouldn't be exposed to moisture or heat as it can melt or spoil the fillings as they are made without preservatives
Avoid refrigeration unless necessary, as temperature changes may affect texture and appearance.
Where can I find allergy information?
All the allergy information and nutritional advice can be found on the product packaging when you receive the chocolates.
All chocolates contain soya lecithin.
We do not recommend our products for anyone with nut, dairy, soy, or gluten allergies, or any food-related allergies, due to the risk of cross-contamination in our facility.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes, we deliver across Australia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes, you can include a personalised message with your order at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can typically be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order details. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
